Tuesday February 15th and 22nd- Fermenti Artisan will offer classes on Fermention. On the 15th the topic will be Sprouting and Soaking Part 1: Whole seeds, grains, nuts and legumes. The 2nd part of Sprouting and Soaking will be held on the 22nd and will discuss flatbreads, pastas and quickbreads. Saturday February 19 - Becky's Healthy Kitchen This month's class is called Recipe Makeover. Learn how to make mom's mac and cheese in a healthier way! Class from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Class limited to 15 so click on Becky's website today to sign up.
